Shoutout to Raven for finally doing something with those eyebrows. About a month ago, the 28-year-old actress uploaded a video on her social media account that made everyone hated her eyebrows. Raven shared the pictures below of her new blonde hair and it has sees received over 300K likes on Facebook and over 23K likes on her Instagram page.
