A Car For Me and My Family

"My name is Adwoa, I am a 25yr old mother of 2 and a wife. I've had Polio since age 1 and I use a wheelchair to get around, but I am very independent.  My family lives in Michigan, and I work part-time as a secretary.  Currently I ride the public transportation to work, and with the winter coming I don't know how I'll be able to go to and from work and do other things with my family.  I am in need of a vehicle.  Any 4-door family sized vehicle will do, and it needs to be able to have a hand control installed so that I can drive it.  I will gratefully appreciate every contribution towards this need for me and my family.
