"AFRIQUE COULEUR 2015 is our annual cultural gala by the African Students Association to showcase our culture through dance, drama, poetry, drumming all of which have goal of educating and entertaining. The show has a positive impact on the community in Toronto by aiming to eradicate stereotypes through education and enlightenment in a conducive atmosphere of diversity, cross-culture and tolerance. It serves as a platform for showcasing the talents of the African community at York University and exposing the world to the cultures and traditions of Africa."
