Erykah Badu Sings for Money in Timesquare, Made only $3.60 [Video]

Yes! You read the headline right but she wasn't singing because she is broke but as a "street hustle experience". She was posted on a corner in Time Square singing to people passing by while a friend recorded it with her iPhone. I am still not sure how no one recognized her, I mean this is "The Erykah Badu" but then I probably wouldn't have either. While reading comments, I realized that a lot of people weren't happy with her 'experiment' simply because "it was a joke" and some said 'it is the closest thing we've heard to a new Erykah Badu song in quite some time'. Too bad she only made $3.60!
